The first is the Process of Ministry of fisheries of Alginat manufacturing was perfected on two species of seaweed (S . Mcclurei va S. Kjellmanianum) of Khanh Hoa coastl .zc ne. The second is process of Alginat manufacturing by using CaCI2 0,1% for treament seaweed was replaced
for treatment by Formalin. Using the CaCI 2 to treament seaweed beford manufacturing
Alginat is new method in Vietnam. The viscosity and glassy degree and optics fender of Alginat Solution and yield were determinated by Mathematical and other analysis methods, So that the quality of products that made by two above methods was determinated. The
process of Alginat manufacturing by using CaCI2 0,1% to treament fo r seaweed should be
applied in Vietnam because it will avoid the harmful of Formalin in producing and enviroment |
