wrote these articles and the students who will read them. Each article begins
with a brief introduc tion to help o rient students to the author's aims and
point of view, includes footnotes containing explan ations of concepts that are
likely to be unfamiliar to no vice sociologists, and concludes with some questions
that will help students sort through and make sense of what they have
read. My goal is to replace bored om with intellectual challenge , to make
so ciology not "easy ," but accessible. |
