| Tóm tắt: | Digital academic development is a requirement for higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation. With the orientation to become a high-quality research university, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City has developed a strategic plan to facilitate the development of digital learning. Building a digital academic service system is necessary to promote the development of digital scholarship. Based on in-depth interviews with leaders of member universities, library managers , lecturers, and learners, this article presents research results on the possibility of developing a digital academic service system at the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. The research results show the community's views on challenges, governance models, and resources for developing a digital scholarship service system. This is considered as the basis to help propose a digital scholarship service model for the context of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. |
