Based on in-depth interviews with leaders of member universities, library managers , lecturers, and learners, this article presents research results on the possibility of developing a digital academic service system at the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. The research results show the community's views on challenges, governance models, and resources for developing a digital scholarship service system.
