indirect economic management and control with (economic) instruments
and economic leverages, on the basic of thorough understanding of the
demands. of obiective economic categories a s well as re al demands o f
the economic mechanism . Concretely speaking, to day, firstly the
management of the whole economy is carried out by "laws" not by "orders".
Secondly taxes are the main instruments to regulate enterprises business
and the whole national economy are the main input of the national
budget. Thirdly-economic leverages work effectively and are the impulses
to make enterprises and individuals pay more attention to the results of
their business. Fourthly under the market economy, enterprises are quite
independent to make their own decisions in their business,the state don 't
interfere directly in the enterprises 'business but regulate the economy
with indirect (economic) instruments and macroscopic policies . . |
