By using new operators Vk(Xt) = x(t) + u.z: Gkx(s)ds, k = 1,2, . .., m, the obtained criterion depends not only on Tk , k = 1, 2, ...m , bu t also on the difference of Tk - Tk-I, k = 1,2, ...m, which make our criterion is more effective. Moreover, combining wit h reducing the number of common matrix variables in a set of linear matrix inequalities, we have reduced more the conservatism. Some numerical examples are also given to shown the effectiveness of our result to those in the literature.
