The results demonstrated the experimental group’s significantly higher engagement and motivation scores compared to the control group. ChatGPT had the potential to support language learning environments, as seen in the feedback gathered from the participants. Most participants found the platform helpful, engaging, and user-friendly regarding the improvement of their English proficiency.
