The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, and a reliability test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling were performed. The research results show that job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty have a direct impact on talent retention in the public sector of Vietnam. Work motivation has a positive impact on the loyalty of talented public servants.
